looking at building a budget system for when im at my partners house, i have 2 titan blacks from my old pc, looking for advice on which cpus are capable of running them.

As this is a second comp essentially I will not be spening more than 200 to 300 on cpu and mobo so will most likely be second hand.
 
Yeah i would need ram if i went upto ddr4 board but its a bit more than id like to spend as ill need to be a psu capable of running the cards again also, as old on is in my new build ill keep an eye ty guys
