Does anybody know of or have any experience with fine tipped styluses for regular capacative touch screens?

I am aware of the digitizers in devices such as the Microsoft surface book and the Surface pro, but i have finally decided on a top spec 4k XPS 15 for my daily driver and university computer.

The XPS has a capacative touch screen and does not offer any real stylus functionality, but my biggest wonder is whether or not anybody knows of a fine tipped stylus that could work at least to a reasonable standard for drawing diagrams and little sketches whilst note taking.

Currently the only experience i have with a capacative stylus is something like this:

As the image illustrates it has quite a wide rubber nib at the end to simulate the touch of a finger.. Are there any options for a thinner stylus?

Thank you for any help.

I doubt you'll get any thinner than the rubber nibbed ones for a capacative screen. The technology relies on a larger surface area on the nib.
