Got one of these cases for my iphone 3G for Xmas, very happy with it. I was also thinking of buying a cradle/dock thingy for my phone to sit on my desk at work, but I can't really be bothered with taking the case off and putting it back on again every time I want to use the dock.

So, does anyone who has this case know, will the adaptor thingy that comes with the capsule rebel work in most docking stations? And have you got any recommendations? I just want a cheapo one that will charge and sync the phone, not worried about speakers or anything like that. Cheeeeeeers chaps

IMO it's not worth it because the docks are flimsy enough (or the connection stiff enough) that you to have to hold it down with your other hand to remove the device. At that point you might as well be using a docking cable.

Good case, btw, apart from being a bit pricey!

I've been trying to get a universal dock to use the adaptor which came with the case.

Had one from the bay which was meant to be the officla apple universal dock which turns out to be the 'old' universal dock.

To get one to work with the case adaptor you need the new universal dock from apple which is £28.

The adapter that came with my CapsuleNeo and CapsuleRebel fits perfectly in the Apple Universal Dock that I bought a few months ago from the local Apple store.

I bought this Ped3 from the states ages ago, for the 1st iPhone. Still fits perfectly for the 3G iPhone.
