Hi all. I've been asked by a teenaged relative, whose PC I support, about a capture card. Apparently he wants to stream console play. Why you'd want to do this, I don't understand, but that's a side issue.
The PC itself is an AMD 3600, 5600XT so it can probably take the load - but for a budget of up to $400, what would you get? How would you configure? And - if you can - why???!
