Capture One RAW software

my sandisk memory card has just come, inside it there is an offer for some free RAW software called Capture One.
just wondering if anybody has used it before?
ill download it anyway seen as its free but i aint got much experience with RAW photos

Last time I read a comparison, Capture One and RawShooter Premium were neck and neck but way ahead of other conversion tools such Adobe Camera Raw etc. though since Adobe bought RawShooter I imagine things have shuffled about.

Either way, Capture One is meant to be very good.
