Capturing MP4 Quick Time Clips

does any one know a FREE application I can use to capture MP4 Quick Time video streaming ?
My OS is Vista Ultimute 64bit.
I can see the Quick time down loading on the screen though I do no t know where is is being saved too ?
I have checked the Temp Internet Folder and the video is not in there ! ! ? ?

QuickTime Alternative supports saving streams to disk iirc.

Just get your pron in downloadable AVI instead
