I'm serisouly thinking of selling the rusty old 5 gtt and buying a cheap Fiat Cinquecento sporting arbath, putting a 85bhp 1242 16v Fire engine in with a wee tune. That's about 95bhp and 720kg, looks good for an 8sec 0-60.

i'd say it's a pretty accurate time to 60, add in driver and fuel weight etc and it's a bit more resonable (820kg, 95bhp, just below 9seconds) 
My friends turbo cinq has about 120bhp and is as quick as my 5 with 150odd bhp. They seem to have a very low rolling resistance, small so a low drag coeficient and a std 55bhp cinq will do over 100mph. Not saying they are amazing or anything, just very funny wee cars.
