Car Audio help, CD Changers..

Hey guys... When I brought my car in December, my car came with a player with a CD changer in the back, but no re-attachable front unit. The CD changer in the back works, when I turn the engine on, and I go into the back, it turns on and powers up, problem is it isnt the same make as my Roadstar CD player. Its an Awia.. are CD changers head unit specific? or can a changer be wired into the ISO unit and used the same? the player itself is a CD Player, and has an AUX input option (For USB etc) what would I have to do (if its possible) to use the changer?

Cross manufacturers tend not to work.

I'd just ebay the changer or head unit or both and then get a working combo!

I'm currently flogging my sony kit on the bay and it's amazing the number of people selling things as a bundle.....I'm fairly certain I'm going to get more for the individual items!
