Anyone used these before?
Wifey booked me a 3 car drive and yesterday we drove 2 1/2hrs to the activity only to be told 2 of the 3 cars were not available
I understand vehicles may not be available, but they knew before the day, said they sent emails out, i didn't get an email (checked before we left in both inbox and junk).
£90 on fuel, both of us took a day off work and so a waste of time and waste of money. I got it in writing that the company will let us rebook with no charge, but have also email complained to company as not very happy Had we known the vehicles weren't available, we would not have done a 5hr round trip and booked another date.
Was looking forward to driving KITT, Batmobile and a R8 V8!
Anyone had dealings with this company? Would you be happy with a simple rebook?
ETA: KITT and the batmobile were unavailable. They did offer other cars, but the sole purpose was to drive these 2 vehicles coz I'm a geek.
