Car cleaning gear recommendations?

I’m keen to keep the new car clean and have received a £50 voucher for Halfords from work. What should I get? I’m not going to be super fussy, a wash every couple of weeks and a clean of the alloys will be about it, maybe a wax or polish if I have the time!

From there, I'd say Autoglym and Meguiars products are your best bet. I'd start with the Meguiars lambswool wash mitt, Gold Class shampoo, and their Wash and Wax QD. I really rate Autoglym Fast Glass for, erm, glass.
