Car collision advice

If she is found by the insurers to be liable for the accident, and her insurer pays out, you do not have any excess (or will get it refunded if you do).

Inform the police. She left the scene of an accident. Failed to provide details.
Inform your insurance company too. Oh and your employer.

Waste of time, he caught up to her eventually and she provided details. There is no now evidence she simply drove off and he has her details so where is the provable crime? Better to focus on getting the car repaired at her insurers expense.

She will just say you hit her, so will end up 50-50, so try and get the cash* from her.

Our local ASDA has very good CCTV, I know someone on security and he claims they have ways of spotting the smallest collision by using car reflection, they have caught loads of people clipping cars over the years - maybe there was some footage on CCTV you can get in the event of a problem?

Company car, insurance matter, it's as simple as that.

Bad luck for her but I doubt your boss can be arsed with her paying for the damages herself/arsing around with body shops)?

Can't she do that to her insurer anyhow ? My dad rear ended someone on the motorway here recently, insurance later sent a letter with the costs saying that if he wants to pay it himself he can do so and suffer no premium increase.

EDIT:
where she may not be a named driver.
I forgot about that! UK and it's funny insurance policies with having to name other drivers :D.

I'd call her and tell her the situation that it's a company car, and you have to follow policy.
