Hey Guys

The GF's Hyundai had a slight issue with the fuel guage and was in the garage today.

Long story short they have swapped the dash clock section out which means the car now shows 0 miles.

It has around 20k mileage and the dealer has noted in the service book the change, im sure this is all fine etc but I'd be a little nervous buying a car with anything like that.

Just wondering what you guys think?

That's what I would have expected. I'll maybe try customer services and see what they say.

I know its genuine but I think it would put people off

She's on her way back to them anyway to ask them to set it.

I think maybe my law they cant? Don't know, but might be something.

Dealer says they cant change it at all.

Also said its a sealed unit.

Gave her the story it wont change the value etc, and they do it all the time :)

Ach, customer services here we come

Sorted. Spoke with customer services.

Guy was great. Will be sorted, they just don't have the correct equipment; not at each dealer as yet.
