Just changed my insurance provider to this lot as they were cheaper by over £150 than anyone else. £409 all in fully comp for 12 months on the 530D. My renewal quote from my broker was £605 and that was good compared to most.

Are they any good?

Girlfriend been with them for over 5 years as always been cheapest.

Nerver had to claim for accident damage but never had any issues when she needed to replace windscreen @ MOT time due to crack.

I had them for a year on my Bravo. No fee for when I put my private number plate on as everything is online. Which means it's dead easy to print out your documents whenever you want.

Never had to claim though but if they came out cheapest in the future I'd use them.

It does still amaze me that with a totally clean licence, 20+ years no claims, a relatively normal car, garaged in a nice location and with my wife on the insurance, even with a small claim from her last year (it still was cheaper than her NOT being on it!) the next best quote was up around £600.

Ah yeah forgot to mention the whole online thing...fantastic and very easy to use!

Is that with just the one car on policy?

Just quoted for the A4 I am tempted to get and comes in at £550 per year, fair enough not as valuable as yours but insurance still baffles me! 26, 7 years no claims and girlfriend on as named driver!

How they work things out I do not know!

Yes it's just my car, my wife's is within someone else.

Rubbish windscreen policy, if you make a claim you don't gain your extra year NCB at renewal time.

It's because of this that I intend to move from them at my renewal.

However, I had a new screen in February and when I checked the claims section of my online policy documents, they had logged it as a windscreen repair and "NCD not affected". I've just had the screen done again two weeks ago, and I'm waiting to see if they make the same mistake :D
