Car issues & Tyes - Where from, which type ( cheap )

I have an older Nissan Almera ( 2001 ) 1.5E which I have been driving for the past year and have now passed onto my girlfriend. It has no real problems with it, just a bit of a slow heavy ride.

Unfortunately the suspension feels like it is wobbling all over the place, is this caused by a fault with the suspension or it simply the nature of the car?

The other question is I am after a full set of tyres, the size will be 185 65 15.
Any recommendations on where I can get a cheap decent (ish) tyre set from?

You can get Continental Premium Contact 2 £83 fitted per corner.

If you go up to 195/65/15, the PC2 are £50 a corner from camskill, allow £40 for post and fitting and you've saved a few quid.

Or 195/60/15, uniroyal rainexpert are around the same price.
