Chaps,

Any recommendations on a some decent car mats? I was happy with the ones I bought a couple of years ago off eBay but it seems an absolute minefield with the options and quality/fit available now.

I was going to order some Weathertech mats but sense got in the way! Its mainly to catch all the crap the Mrs and kid drop on the floor and to save the car carpet from general wear and tear from rain/water rather than be used in anger with mud/snow etc.

Cheers

I've had sets from both of the above and both have been very good

I am going to replace my driver's matt later this month with some oem rubber ones, the current carpet one where the heel to the pedal goes is worn down. Plus rubber oem is £55, carpet oem is like £115! I only want the driver's side one.

Had OEM Rubber mats in my Mini when bought new - good quality as you would expect, but were around £100 iirc

Had Super Heavy Duty rubber ones from http://www.cyberspares.co.uk/ in my Audi, and were good fit and very good quality, but reasonably expensive.

Currently got these http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/281319394995 in my Focus, and quality and fit is fine, and much cheaper than OEM mats would be. However, ordered some fabric ones from the same place for the Zafira, and the fit isn't as good (clips are slightly out of alignment, resulting in slight crease in the drivers mat when fitted)

I have used micks Garage I believe through ebay ;) They were great until we sold the car!

Right this moment I have these ones in my C-Max http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/330873351252

Which are also great, The quality is good and they seem very tough plus they have the roughest underside I have ever seen ;)
They don't slide a bit when I get in and out of the car and as a delivery driver I am in and out hundreds of times a week !!!
