Car radio- memory card question

I have got a Micro SD card to put my music on -

Silly question - do I put it on as tracks or full CD as a folder. - can they be a mixture of the two.

I have just fitted a 2 din Android radio/CD/DVD/SD player

Being Android, i strongly suspect it will be fine to be able to read through multiple layers of directories.

It'll read it however you put it on if it's properly tagged. I organise my music in Artist folders, then Album sub folders. Run it through MP3tag and make sure the artist, album artist, title and album fields are properly and consistently completed. If it bothers you, embed the album art (album cover picture) too

Thanks for that I shall get ripping - Is Ashampoo Burning studio 14 any good.

Do I clone the music or rip it? - sorry again this isn't usually on my list of things to do on PC so stuggle to start with. :rolleyes:

I used to use cdex for ripping to Flac. Not sure if it's still any good.

You want to rip.
