Car searching, whats best

Posted recently and think I've got my heart set on the following, im ready to buy now and got £8k tops to play with me (Cant go over)

Mondeo but want the leather seats
BMW 1 or 3 series, these seem to be around the 320d 09 models?
Mazda 6 sport

advice?

Currently doing 400 miles+ /wk, im after diesel, cruise control. Bluetooth. satnav would be great but I do use my iphone so not bothered if not. I like the mazda because of the bose system. aux port would be useful. I like the looks of cars.

I like the 320d, but are these really worth investing for under my budget or am i likely to run into expensive issues? the mpg looks good.

have you considered the avensis 2.0 diesel? these are confortable and for the middle rear passenger theres also leg room in the middle( as its flat)

Honda Accord diesel are lovely cars, the Mazda is a nice car too.
