Right another update!

I got a called from the women again its got nothing to do with her as its her daughters girlfriend who I sold the car too...

and she is saying that she is going to make it cost me £1000s as she is going to go through lots of speed cameras and other stuff starting to get funny and give me threats the whole phone call was recorded and the number was logged!

DVLA should have all the bits and bobs back so they should have updated there computers so that its in her name, ive got a day to give her the money back apparantly, there is still nothing wrong with the car if the engine is totally broke how is she going to drive 40 miles to the nearest speed camera from here? lol

so it looks like im just going to have to wait now to see if anything does happen if it does then im off to the police

Just say to her "caveat emptor" and walk away,its not your problem - more fool her for buying a metro!

I'd just say "good luck with that, she's a good runner as you know so it should be good for a ton"

Even if you get the NIP's through the post you can specify who was driving the car. The fact the car is no longer in your posession and insured (or at least should be) in someone elses name would make it a pretty clear cut case
