I had the pleasure of attending a fairly large car show this last weekend, with over 400 cars. I neglected to bring my camera, but my dad brought his and took a load of shots (some better than others ;-)). I thought you guys might get a kick out of some of these.

Enjoy:

I was most interested in the car in pic 14. The owner was nowhere to be found, but it looks like either a Lincoln Mark VIII or a Thunderbird (same chassis) from the mid 90s with a custom fiberglass body that's vaguely like a Mercury from the 50s. Very interesting custom work. :)

No.37 could be um... interesting to drive :)

Some really nice paintwork in those pics though and some really nice motors. Thanks for sharing :D

No. 14 - When I first looked at it the rear end said 'modern' (80's/90's) and the front said 'old' (50's/60's). Would be interesting if someone could get more information on it.

Just properly noticed the Cobra below the GT500......so much stuff there I'd love to own/take for a spin.

Look at the B and C pillars along with the rear view mirror. Hopefully the bespoke car shares the 4.6L DOHC aluminum V8 found in that chassis with the Mark VIII. :D

Sorry if I sound silly, but I should point out that the hood (bonnet ;)) is up on that car, if you're referring to that. If you're talking about the perfectly chopped roof, then I quite agree. :D

And you might like to teach your dad how to frame up a photo :p
T^hat's not the half of it. There were originally over 200 photos but I had to delete the rest because they were too poorly framed or because there were so many onlookers in the shot that you couldn't see the car! :P

As above, I think No. 14 is a '90s Ford Thunderbird with a lot of custom bodywork.

With the rest of everyone, what is this elusive number14 it obviously is a newish car with an old body but what, loving the side exit exhaust too :D
