Car showing as Exported on HPI check but not DVLA?

Hi all

I am currently considering a used car and the usual HPI checks are showing it as Exported (dated over a decade ago).

Everything else looks fine.

The DVLA website says 'No' against Export Marker.

Could the HPI database be mistaken? Slightly concerned...

If it’s something exotic/high value then I’d be a little wary but not too surprised, it may well have gone to Ireland for example, if it’s something more run of the mill, I’d just find another....
