car stero without cd - with radio/bluetooth/aux/usb

never looked into this properly before so don't know how it works. i assume all standard shaped car stereos will fit and work in all cars, though maybe with a change of connection?

i'm hoping there is a decent stereo without a cd player (will never use it so don't see point wasting money in it) but has all the other featueres i'm looking for. primarily i'd like it to have bluetooth ability to play music from my sgs2 android mobile.

then usb so i can charge the device or anyone else's device

then aux so it can play other devices with aux connection and no bluetooth.

if it has a cd player that's fine but figured it's a waste as it'll never be used

is there any decent ones about people can recommend? honestly don't know what is a decent make and what i'd need.

if it helps the car is a nissan micra 98 model which has the factory fitted stereo. yes i know some buggers will have something to say about the choice of car but it's irrelevant not going to change any time soon so deal with it.

I have the Pioneer 7300 mechless basically the same asthe 8300BT without bluetooth, it a brilliant headunit using a 16gig SD card never need to faff about for a CD again.

Also has loads of options to tweak the sound.

How long does it take to scan the SD/USB/HDD each time?

Sounds like a great bargain when Pioneer/Alpine ones are over 4 times the price for all these features.
