Can I do my car theory test aged 16 if i have a provisional licence (moped)?

Nope, you have to be 17.

Yeah, nothings stopping you from buying the book/CD and starting to learn it now, I think you can send off for your provisional a few months before your 17th birthday, you just have to wait for your actual birthday to do the test.

Yeah ive had a provisional licence ever since a few weeks before my 16th.

I was just thinking because im registered to the DVLA etc that id use my code to take the test etc.

i would do some revision for it, cos imo its just one of those things to get out of the way before you take your practical, so dont want to worry about doing it a 2nd time
