Car todo lists....

1) finish fitting parrot kit (all plugged in but need to source a switched 12v line - might be one on the old hands free but need it to stop raining before i crawl around in the passenger footwell :()
2) get car detailed in & out could do it myself but saved enough money to get a pro to do it :)
3) buy & play with Vagcom - tis only £20.. plus software - want to add a locking beep and remove the annoying double unlock for passenger side. Maybe add speed sensitive central locking
4) Fit Cruise

Replace drivers side wing mirror as old one was a replacement too & whoever did it made a slight bodged job of it and broke 2 cache clips on it. Also the speakers on the drivers side of my Fiesta need attention to as well as they do not work properly too & i am pretty certain that the mirror has something to do with the speaker too as the speaker cable goes past one the mirror screws.

-Replace heated screen and mirrors relay.
-Remove leaf litter from heater fan.
-Clean it.

w00t, that's a lot shorter than when I bought it.

12b) Get some Toyo Proxies TR-1 tyre all around
13b) Avoid Speed Cameras/Trees/Walls/People/Other cars for 6months

Where are you tracking it Darryn?

Wouldn't bother with Toyo T1-R btw! You want something with a harder sidewall.

Elvington, Nice open airfield with no barriers for me to hit. Some nice motors listed attending inc 2x GTRs. :)

The 18" OZ alloys had T1-Rs on when i got the car and i was really impressed with the wet weather grip, on a 215/35/18 profile, there is very little sideway to flex, so it wasnt an issue... What would you recommend instead? The 18" OZ alloys are damaged so im back on the 17" Enkei.

...the RR will soon be upon us ;)

Get your cars ready :p

My list still hasn't advanced, it has increased though...

1) Find an e36 328i that is good for the money and hasn't sold!
2) Install improved sound system.
3) De-tango it if it hasn't already been.
4) Install bumper(bullet ;)) camera(s).
5) If naff wheels, get better ones (either stock or better OEM).
6) Stiffen the suspension from stock, but retain some comfort.
7) Put it on the RR and get a base figure.
8) Do something like 'Know You Limits' and learn the car properly.
9) Get a 325i manifold, and get it properly mapped
10) Put it on the RR.

Sorry I forgot they were 18's, not much sidewall to flex is there...

I loved the stock RE040's on my old EP3, useless in the winter but a really good tyre when there's a bit of heat in the road.

I'll go trough items that are old and reed doing, they don't count as a list of upgrades though. ;)

Most of that is minor stuff that I've listed anyway, I mean putting it on RR is two items, losing it on an airfield is another. :p

replace old OEM hose couplings and crappy clamps on intercooler hotpipe with samco and mikalor items -Done

Pressurise system and hope i've found my boost leak - -Done
Fit Turbo Elbow
Fit front and rear strut braces -50% Done rear one to finish
Fit shortshifer -Done
Fit oil catch can - -Need to remove carbon canister before this can go in

I've also had a stage 1a ECU remap done and fitted my Greddy Profec B Spec II :) The most urgent item i am waiting on is a replacement sump plug after i sheared mine on saturday :(

New Items!
