Jez, nope, no leaks! I think it's one of the only Rovers that doesn't leak

That's not to say it hasn't leaked etc in the past, probably just a mixture of oil, grime and dirt. I think the camera flash makes it look worse than it actually is.
I agree though, it does need a clean... but I've been a bit pre-occupied with keeping the thing running

lol
1CE, bit of a funny story really. My parents gave me some money for Christmas which pretty much paid for the turbo (£230). That's not a bad price at all to pay for a good Pulsar T28 with all of the adapters/oil feeds etc.
Anyway, I fitted the turbo a few weeks ago, had it on for less than 24 hours and it died of bearing failure. After posting up pictures of the turbo on another forum, it was mentioned that it had the incorrect oil feed adapter on the turbo so I'm putting the failure down to either oil starvation or that I just got unlucky and the turbo was on its way out anyway.
While the turbo was away to get rebuilt (£190 for a full rebuild with a 360º bearing) I had the car in for its MOT. It failed on a leak on the flexi section of the downpipe. As the downpipe would have be removed to be welded up and that I'd be wanting to fit my new turbo anyway, I went for the larger free-flowing downpipe (£275).
To top that off, I wanted a new actuator aswell so went for the Forge one which cost me £104.
So yeah, not cheap by any stretch of the imagination!
