car valuation for free?

Does anyone know where i could get a valuation done for free or has access to retail price for a car?
I can get PX values from glasses for free but i am under the impression the retail value will be different.

Just have a look what everyone else is asking on Autotrader, there's your retail price.

Is this more accurate than a valuation? I tend to find myself under valueing my stuff because of this for two reasons, 1, the asking price and selling price are very different and its impossible to tell how long a car has been on AT for unsold or how many price reductions it's been through. and 2, the condition of the cars on AT are really difficult to tell from the photos.

If you want to be scientific count 10 cars like yours, add the asking prices divide by 10. Now you got an average of average cars.

Add a bit on if you want to wait, knock a bit off if you want to sell it quick, i really just cant drive myself mad about things like that, a traders retail valuation of a car is of no use to you as a selling price anyway as a private seller.
