Personally I would give him time. I know there are comparison list against Arteta and Klopp and their first 3/4 season and ETH is in his second currently. He inherited a squad that didn't meet his ideas, got in some players, did well last year after a crap start and start this year crap. I would give him time. Fingers crossed, Sir Jim will bring in the right people, after all he didn't get to where he is now without doing so.
