Carabao Cup - Second Round ** Spoilers ** [22/23 August 2017]

Cant get used to the name of this, every time I see it mentioned in the news I end up skipping the article because I think its the central american cup or something
 
This weeks draw for the 3rd round has been moved to Beijing !

How utterly ridiculous is that, so the draw for the next round, of the ENGLISH football league cup, is now going to be made at 4.15 am UK time due to it being made in China.

Ludicrous.
