Drukk aside it's not really a slight at Liverpool, it's more the fact that games are postponed based on criteria thats not being made transparent. I know it's a different body but why are Leeds forced to play kids VS City but the Pool game gets postponed? It's not very clear what the criteria is and when it means that if a team can't name a strong enough line up a match gets postponed, it's always going to cause a bunch of rival fans to get angry.

For a good example, see the fact that Pool have said the Shrewsbury game is still on, some people having a right meltdown :D

Rudiger was playing him on no?

A player is in an offside position if:
  • any part of the head, body or feet is in the opponents’ half (excluding the halfway line) and
  • any part of the head, body or feet is nearer to the opponents’ goal line than both the ball and the second-last opponent

Usually the 2nd last opponent is the last defender because there's normally a GK behind him. As the keeper is ahead of 2 defenders, the line gets drawn from the 2nd last opponent which is a defender in this case.

It's rare but not the first time it's happened.
