GTX 960 v R9 280x

I found a link to a video that shows the 960 in a side by side comparison with the 280x. The tested games and there on screen times are

4. 2:37 Dragon Age: Inquisition
5. 3:24 DayZ
6. 4:31 Far Cry4
7. 4:57 Call of Duty: Advanced Warfare

10. 6:31 Battlefield 4
11. 7:07 Watch Dogs
12. 7:32 Crysis 3
13. 8:11 Hitman: Absolution
14. 8:39 Tomb Raider (2013)

Although it's not an english video it does not need to be for the data we're getting from it and as the list shows it is a good selection of games that are tested, so I thought I'd put it in a thread for anyone considering these cards to see, If I find any others that are done like this I will add them to this thread as well.

Overall, the 280X keeps further ahead than I thought it would, and also has more vibrant colours. There's still life in my 7970 yet!

Looks like the 960 sits between the 280 and 280X. Surprising amount of difference between the 280 /7950 & 280X 7970 ghz. More than I realized.

I think I should try and get a 960 and overclock the rear end off it.
