Card Declined??

Was in a restaurant today and when going to pay my card declined, i have money in the account and it was definitely the right pin. (luckily i had another card with me)

The restaurant was not in my home town as we took a trip out do you think this is why it could have been declined?

I would ring the bank but i cba at the moment i hate banks if i did ring them could they tell me why im not allowed to spend my own money?

It was just a Visa Debit card so i assume they take that?

I hadnt used the card all day so couldnt of maxed out.

They are prob out spending my monies now after cloning my card

Meh i wanted to changed banks anyway
