AM2 based system, pci-e saphire x1600 card, worked fine for a few months then lines started appearing, had the online retailer swap the card out and it was fine for a few months again, and now suddenly it wont pull the monitor out of power save (definatly the card, I tried another PCI-e card in the machine)
Seems weird to me, fluke? bad batches? or something else to blame? (mate of mine says something about overclocking the slot too high
but I've just left it all at defaults)
Any light you can shed on things will be welcome
