Card Failure? Need Help!

maybe your graphics card is dying, all connections connected right?
maybe try a different pci-e card if you have one.
go into safe mode and uninstall your drivers and graphics card, then reboot into windows normally and let your system find your card, this worked for me with my old gtx.

It looks like your VGA memory is dying. Artifacts on the POST screen (before any software drivers are loaded) is never good.

Agreed, looks like memory bank is gone.

You can try underclockign your memory in windows, that sometimes helps as a temp fix, but its on it way out.
