Ive started get sparklies/anomalies in some games using both my cards. Ive removed the lower one and so far all is well again.

Also got a few bright flashes ( not sure how to describe it ) in the deep freeze test in 3dm06. with both cards.

Again, with the one im using now its fine.

Sounds like one may be on its way out ( the newest one as well ) :(

does not sound like good news to me. am wondering if the 7900gs cards still are faulty. i have one on order too. considering cancelling it now......

Well ive just played through some of HL2 with the first card and all is well.

Just going to swap them over now and see what happens.

Well it boots but with the suspect card in ive got coloured spots over the desktop :(

I didnt even try 3dmark, seemd a bit pointless as its obvious it borked :(

Swapped back to the known good one and its ok again.

These are the Leadtek ones.

this is odd, iv just been looking over all the different forums about these cards, couple of threads also on the XS forums. you seem to be the first person to have a 7900gs go faulty on them.

yea, ill stick to my order, when it arrives ill do the same as i did on this 7600gt, which was to set the deep freeze test to loop at night time then go to work in the morning and come back and then check on it. around 20 hours of constant deep freeze testing.
