Card for around £50?

Hey guys,

A mate of mine needs a new card but he's not into PC gaming, it'll be more for video editing/general use. He needs DVI and VGA outputs. He doesn't really want to spend more than £50-£60.

Any ideas?

PCI-E or AGP? It could affect the recommendations. Something like a 7600GT would do for either but some people think that ATI has superior image quality so a 2600pro (available in both as well) might be a better option.
 
The saphire 3650 512MB can be found for £46, I'm thinking of getting one of them soon as its single slot and will fit nicely into my planned odd game HTPC.
