card for HTPC?

Howdy :)

Currently running an Atom with onboard VGA for my media server, looking to chuck in a graphics card so I can use it as a HTPC.

Requirements:

Silent (ie. pref passive).
HDMI
Hardware video

Current thoughts are a 5450 at £30 - is this my best bet?
