I tried buying car insurance online and the insurance company website declined it and said their is an error and to ring them instead.
I checked the card details and tried again - got the same message.
Now I've received an automated message from Barclaycard saying my card has been frozen and asking me to confirm whether I made those payments. Well I did but if I say yes (it's an automated system) will they then automatically process both those payments?
As I used a difference card and purchased the insurance. I certainly don't want these payments going through now.
