Card frozen - help please

I tried buying car insurance online and the insurance company website declined it and said their is an error and to ring them instead.

I checked the card details and tried again - got the same message.

Now I've received an automated message from Barclaycard saying my card has been frozen and asking me to confirm whether I made those payments. Well I did but if I say yes (it's an automated system) will they then automatically process both those payments?

As I used a difference card and purchased the insurance. I certainly don't want these payments going through now.
 
Um,

Just follow what it says on the automated system, give them your security details and they will give you a list of transactions that were approved and denied then ask you if you made them.

If you say yes then your card is automatically unblocked and you have to redo any declined transactions, this happens to me all the time with Barclays.
