This is probably a n00b question, but...
I'm specifying bits for a new PC at the moment and getting advice in another thread, but I thought I'd ask this here.
Is there any real difference to justify cost between the different manufacturers with the same chipset?
Take for example the 4870 and 4890 that I'm looking at - there's Gigabyte, XFX, Powercolor, Asus, HIS, Sapphire, etc, etc...
Some of these are 20 or 30 quid more.
