Like most at this time, I am in 2 minds about the 290 I have on Pre-order. and a 780.

So far i'm waiting for the 290 TRI-X

I will be gaming on at 1980, generally looking for high fps with quality.

I am curious about this 290 black screens problem, Is it still a big deal?

Are their any recommendations about this?

Only one black screen when i oc the memory, looks like some never see it and some get it all the time, i would wait untill you get the tri x and see for yourself, if it plays up just return it if its ok then happy days
