Card Reader Driver

Hey, I recently got this card reader off my mate. He didn't give me any box, manuel or CD with the drivers on it. Anyway, I've plugged it in and it doesn't work, the power lights show up so I assume I need to find a driver for it. All I know is it's an X-Pro card reader and it looks identical to the one in Fire Wizard's post below; don't link to competitors kthxbai one. I've had a look around for it, but I can't find it anyway. Anyone got an idea where I can find it? Thanks. :)
 
If its not showing at all it would indicate its faulty not missing drivers, it should still show as an unkown device even without drivers, try a different USB port? assuming your mate hasnt intentionally sold you faulty reader
 
Did the reader happen to come bundled with a motherboard or something like that at all? If so, it's likely coded to only work with that particular motherboard, and will either require "cracked" drivers or it just won't work at all.
