Card says its overheating...

Suddenly when i play games i get a beep and then warning message - card in control panel says 96 degrees

I have just recently bought another power supply and added another hard drive could my gpu now not be receiving enough Power? Worked fine before

Config:

PSU: Hiper HPU-4B580 Type R 580W Modular ATX2.2 PSU - Blue
GPU: HIS X850XT ICE Q2
5 HArd Drives
1 floppy
2 Writers
Several Internal fans



Any ideas please

System cooling fans, GFX cooler, CPU cooler clogged with Dust.
Good clean out and all will be right in your world, hopefully.

Get ATITool to see if the GFX fan is spinning up when temps go increase. Also you can do a 'physically' check.
