Hi I own a gtx 460 756mb card and have had the card for about a year, for the past couple of days the card has started to lose the signal for a split second after being on for long periods of time any reason for this please ?

My power supply is well adequate.

Thanks jay.

What power supply are you using?

Could be a driver problem, try updating to the latest drivers here.

An other problem could be your cable going from the card to your monitor. I had that last year and I also had a problem where it was my DVI > D-SUB converter.

If none of this works, try the card at stock settings if you have an overclock on it. Use MSI AfterBurner to overclock or go back to stock. Also run Unigine Heaven Benchmark to make sure the card is stable, watch the temps and look out for artifacts.

Hope this helps.

Cheers buddy will change drivers and D-DUB converter come to think of it I changed the converter a little while back for no reason maybe the new one is a little faulty.

Thanks jay.

Could be anything to be perfectly honest. Their are so many reasons why one piece of hardware might have problems or not work at all.

Anything else while I am here?
