Just a quick question about temps with an 8800gt

ive not long bought a 8800gt from MM with the Artic cooling Acerleo S1 cooler (it has no fan attached)
when running it in my system temps instantly go to 58c-60c and all seems fine.
However when the card temps reach 65c or above the card starts to artifact and then shuts down.
I also have an 9800 gx2 and an 8800 gts 320 installed in the system as well.
im just wondering if the heat from them is pushing the 8800gt overheat and shutdown for protection.

Im hoping its just a temp problem that should be resolved once i attach the ek waterblock i have coming for the card

is your card overclocked at all? cpu overclocked? What games/programmes are you attempting to run when this occurs?

Details pleaseee

The card is not overclocked at all, however the other 2 cards are.
as for games i hadnt even gotten round to testing it with games.
my other two cards run F@H 24/7
CPu also runs F@H 24/7 however at present it is not overclocked at all.
it will be once ive gotten the last few peices of my watercooling rig.

I would guess its the ram not getting any airflow, or even VRMs, if the core is only at 65deg.

That sounds possible as the card was installed between my other two cards,
the ram on the card does have those little heatsinks on them.
there should be plenty airflow in the case though as i have a 120mm slipstream 1900 in the 5 1/4 drivebays This one here as well as a 140mm fan in the lower part of the case.
Case is a Lain-Li A20, cpu is currently under water with a black ice aplha 120mm rad as well as a zalman reserator acting as res and rad run by a laing D4 pump at full pelt.
the fan on the 120 rad is also a 120mm slipstream 1900 fan all my fans are currently run at full speed.

Not possible as i would be unable to connect the psu to the 8pin cpu power point.
with the card in between the cable just reaches, and it dont reach behind the mobo tray
