Ok, so I have a GTX 550 Ti (came off a mis-pricing, ended up paying about £70). It does the job ok, but I figured it's probably best to sell and get something like the 460, 480 or even the 560Ti.

Got my eye on the B Grade 460 from here, or if that goes waiting for a nice deal on one. I'd have to sell my 550 Ti and put a bit towards it which I don't mind.

What would happen with warranties? I registered my 550 Ti when I first got it, so I assume if it broke within the 3 years the buyer would send me it and I'd send it for RMA? Would the B-Grade 460 have any warranty? The product description on OcUK does say "Warranty: 3 Years (If registered within 30 days of purchase)", but then on the Graphics Card Clearance Lines it says full 90 day warranty.

If the card did conk out after those 90 days, I'd be stuffed and have to buy a new card right?
