So, I recently bought the Akasa AK-CR-07 from OcUK and it's worked fine until yesterday. For some unknown reason it just failed and windows 7 now says it's malfunctioning. The lights on the front (including the device active light) is now constantly on. It can't recognise any memory cards but the built in USB port works fine. It doesn't show up on Device manager - if it does then it's not in the usual place - and Windows keeps giving me the "USB device not recognised" balloon. This is the second time it's happened since yesterday and I only managed to get it to work by forcing Windows to see it as new hardware by unplugging it and restarting. I've also tried uninstalling it and tried using drivers from the Akasa website but it's still not working. Anyone know what I can do?

EDIT: lol, brain fart in the title
'Card' reader not 'Carder!'
