cardio before weights

I wa s just wondering how mcuh cardio people do before they begin their weights session. I do about 20-30mins and I am thinknig its abit excessive.
 
Cardio before weights should be kept to warm-up only IMO.

If your going to do Cardio do it straight after your weights, you will have depleted your carbohydrate and glucose stores which will aid in fat loss. Around 30minutes max IMO.
 
I do 5 minutes cardio followed by stretching as a warm-up. Then I lift. Then 5 minutes cardio followed by stretching as a cool down.
