Can build it myself but not built one in a few years.
Last pc was an Intel i7 920.. Nvidia gtx 970 with ssd etc.
Sold it to get a laptop but I just can't get my head round how much more it will cost. So Ive decided to go the small route.

Was thinking minimum of 970 again.... I5... 8 gig ram.

Anybody care to pick some specs?

Have windows and keyboard... Mouse.. Monitor... And hard drive left over from last build.

Thanks in advance.

Gone with the 1060 as its a bit quicker than the 970, though the RX480 is probably a good option. Mini ITX so nice and small. I really like the look of this case, but there are some smaller ones available for similar prices.

Thanks for this. Already have some 1tb drives so could miss this one out and have 50 to spend further or so...

could try stretch to a Z170 motherboard and i5 6600K, would need a cooler as well. Will let you overclock a bit and get much better cpu performance

Would probably have to juggle some of the other stuff around, maybe go for a 4gb RX480 to free up some cash.

Not sure whether the extra expenditure is worth it really, compared to non-K i5, which can also have the Z170 ITX motherboard drop to much cheaper H110 micro-ATX. Is £90 worth approx. 600Mhz extra? Still, in a handful of games just the faster memory alone gains some nice fps.
