I am currently working in conference and banqueting in oxfordshire and would love to go into logistics/supply chain administration. Kindly advise on suggestions How to approach an industry change?

Do you have office experience? If so shouldnt be to hard. If you work in conferencing then you might find Expo Logistics side interesting with your experiences doing the supply chain for conferences, although expect time away from home and some travel. Plenty of freight forwarders offer these services.
