Mods - I apologise in advance

I'm going to have to borrow that quote. Found out a few days ago that my gf and I have to house sit at my mums the weekend of the festival. Going to have to sell our Reading Saturday tickets. They're on the bay atm but if anyones interested let me know.

On ap us note I'm going to see Jet in London tonight, got my name on the guest list. Don't know what that'll be like

you HAVE to house sit?
That sounds a bit BS to me.
I'm off to *** Reading tomorrow, Gonna start packing today I guess :-P

Well it would do the uninformed but the house can't be left unattended as there are elderly people there. Mums going away, been planned for ages and we didn't realise the weekends clash untill a few days ago.

Unfortunatley for me, my mums more important than the festival.

Just printed off the schedule and saw that the shins are no longer playing! WHY!!!!

That really sucks :( I was looking forward to seeing them. I guess at least I saw them back around June, but I'd love to see them again.

The Shins pulled awhile ago now. The Automatic were moved over to their spot, and Metric replace them in turn.

The Shins said they "needed to finish recording their album" so couldn't play .

Story of the Year have also pulled out, it's not been announced but they are missing from the running times and lineup list, but they wont change the poster now.

Working tommorow then off to Reading next day, whoooo!.

How the hell did MCR get above slayer  Pathetic.

So excited for this weekend though :D

Killswitch get like a 45 minuite slot which is ace. I thought they'd only get half hour or so :D

And bleeding through dropped out dammit!

Edit: How come pearl jam have the shortest mainstage headliner time!? Daft as.

I like metric, so that's not as bad as it sounded. Thanks.

I think Muse will put on a better show.. I've seen reel big fish before, so it's easier for me to choose. But especially being headliners, I think Muse will be more exciting, they usually put a lot into the show anyway.

Killswitch get 45 mins due to bands dropping out and not being replaced. Most of the 45 min sets were due to be 30 min sets from what I've been told.

Paramore have also pulled out now and are being replaced by Sonic Boom 6. Not that I've heard of them.

Just got to wait and see how the weather holds out now then :(

seen real big fish about 4times..

I've been told metric are pretty good but never heard any of their stuff, worth checking out?

Edit: Seems they clash with 10 mins of Killswitch who I'll no doubt be dragged along to see.

Also BBC are now predicting "Heavy Rain" for Friday..nice.
