What does it taste like? Can anyone describe it?

I drink John Smiths and was wondering if they was similar or are they completely different?

Just want to get an idea of what it tastes like as I don't know whether to try it, but I guess you don't know these things till you try them. lol.

Go to toilet in a bottle, water it down a touch with some tap water. Stick it in the fridge and drink it when its nice and cold. Will taste exactly the same as Carling!

Hmmm, So which largers/ Bitters are recommended for trying then?

I could sugest an Ale but your not asking for one. Do you want to know an Ale?

BTW you might find something in the Cascade range or Boags

Go on then, I was looking at the JD Weatherspoons websites at their different varieties of boozes.

I will be having a look down in Weatherspoons tomorow and will let you all know if I decide to try Carling.

I'll probably try a few of the guest ales they have going though.
