Tesco do and they currently have them on special offer.

£5 for a 5l keg of Carlsberg, £7.29 for a 5l keg of Export.

Tesco and I believe Asda both stock them. However my Tesco were discontinuing the kegs just before I came off the booze department as nobody was buying them or the draughtmasters.
